U. S. of A. July 3-22

I have been in the states for 3 weeks and I have seen many people and have had such a relaxing time. I have hung out with good ole college friend JT three times now! I was able to join him and his/our friends at Wolf Trap to see the musical Mamma Mia - it was my third time and it was still fabulous!
I have gotten together with many Stone Ridge friends: Sarah, Courtney, Kate, Kay and Ninette. All of whom suggested I take the third grade position - sorry I am not quite ready to live here yet - but it was a little tempting as I know jobs are so hard to find.

I also reconnected with my St. Francis' friend Kirsten and her family.

I was lucky to reconnect with my good friend Flynn whom I met in Greece and unfortunately he had to move back here last summer. Though a trying year for him, he has successfully found another overseas job in Turkey for the fall.

I had a good visit with Lara and Jim, Adele, John and Alex, MaryLynne (and Reid), and Becky, Dylan and Jake; and Maria!

Flew to Detroit and drove to Addison, Michigan to have a good 2 day visit with my 86 year old grandmother and her 77 year old sister Wanda. I was able to see my grandfather's cemetery plot as I was in Greece for his memorial service at the beginning of May. Aunt Wanda and Grandma
